When Xceed approached us, they were initially only looking for an identity rebrand to match their goals of expanding their business and services. We resonated with their ethos of getting to really know their clients and candidates on a personal level and reflected this in our research of the current competition & landscape.

With Xceed's assistance, we put together some persona profiles to get a full grasp on the company itself, as well as the candidates and clients that they served. Their answers were essential to the decisions we later made in the design process.

Equipped with the proper knowledge, we got to work! Starting with Moodboards, we presented multiple possible options for the design direction.
